The Pure Pottery website ("the Website") is operated by licensed sole proprietor Lena Brook Graphic Design, ID 306907387, located at 17 Arlozorov Street, Herzliya ("the Company"), at the web address pure-pottery.shop. Its purpose is to offer for sale ceramic products ("the Products").
Browsing the Website is subject to the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions ("the Terms"). Please read the Terms carefully, as browsing and performing any actions on the Website constitutes your agreement to the Terms, creating a binding contract between you and the Company.
The masculine form used in these Terms is for convenience only and refers equally to all genders.
Product Purchase on the Website
The Website enables customers to conveniently, easily, and securely purchase products online.
The price listed alongside each product is the current price. The Website may update product prices from time to time, independent of the date of purchase, without prior notice.
Purchases on the Website are made through the payment methods listed on the payment page.
The Website reserves the right to change the range of products offered, replace them, reduce or increase them, and revoke purchase rights at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Refunds, changes, or order cancellations are permitted with either a monetary refund or product replacement within 14 days from the customer's receipt of the order. Cancellation must be done in writing to the email address listed below, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and without any damage and/or defect of any kind.
Order cancellations are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Delivery and Shipping Policy
The Website will ensure the delivery of orders to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process or to any other agreed-upon location.
Shipping orders outside of Israel will be considered subject to destination, feasibility and prior coordination.
Delivery is made on business days and is subject to the shipping terms specified below.
The Website is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, force majeure events, strikes, shutdowns, or lack of customer responsiveness for delivery coordination.

Free delivery on orders over ₪250
Delivery within 3–7 business days
Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement.
International EMS shipping
International shipping is available subject to destination and feasibility.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the parcel weight and destination.
Up to 1 kg – ₪330
Each additional 1 kg – ₪20
Maximum parcel weight – 10 kg
Total shipping cost will be presented at check-out

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and/or any action or dispute arising therefrom shall be governed solely by Israeli law, and exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the competent court in Herzliya.

The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service and/or the use of a product purchased from the Website. The content and information on the Website do not constitute professional advice.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in this sales Website are the exclusive property of the Website.
No information from the Website and/or this sales Website may be copied, duplicated, distributed, published, or used in any other way without prior written consent from the Company.
